Take your seats for landing…

British Airways Connect liveryQuality Wings are pleased to announce the release of the FSX and P3D edition of the Ultimate 146 Collection.

The current stage two release gives you native FSX models that make the most of the ‘FSX only’ features available.

The models in this release are as follows:

• British Aerospace Avro RJ70
• British Aerospace Avro RJ85
• British Aerospace Avro RJ100

The Avro RJ series aircraft are an upgrade of the four-engined regional 146 aircraft by British Aerospace. Sporting many huge improvements to both cabin and flightdeck with new ALF507 engines, FADEC, semi-digital flight deck instrumentation and a new GNLU910 FMC.

This highly accurate simulation features both 2D and 3D flight decks with ‘in-sim’ switching between ‘Lite – jump in and fly’ and ‘Mid Level – better read the manual’ systems simulation. QualityWings are renowned for their ‘Complexity simplified’ approach to flight simulation , making the QW146 enjoyable for both beginners and expert sim pilots.

The QualityWings Automatic Announcement System plays airline announcements and cabin sounds triggered by flight activity and even has airline-specific safety announcements based on the livery you’ve chosen!

This is stage two of a three stage release, with the third release of the 146-100, 200 and 300 models expected around the end of the year as free updates.

Buying either the FSX or FS9 version of the Ultimate 146 Collection gives you all the other editions free as and when they become available. In addition, expect the fast-moving repaint community to provide virtually any livery that can be painted. Those painters sure work fast!
